Find the terminal that is in the glove compartment. If it is your first booking you may be asked to enter a PIN. This will be DD/YY of your date of birth. Answer the questions on the terminal regarding cleaning and damage. If the vehicle is damaged, call our costumer service number or send a photo of the damage to us by email or whatsapp Remove the car key from the terminal. Start the vehicle normally and off you go.
Remember we are a round trip company so make sure you always drop the vehicle back to the same parking spot.
